Victim Services of S.D.G. & A. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance to individuals who have been victimized as a result of a crime or tragic circumstance. Our agency works in partnership with police as well as emergency and other community based services to ensure victims receive the help they need to assist them in the development of their personal path to recovery. The Victim Crisis Assistance Ontario (VCAO) Program provides support for individuals affected by crime and tragic circumstance that is client-centered and culturally competent.
The Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Counselling Program is a counselling referral and funding program established by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, and administered by Victim Services of Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry and Akwesasne.
The Program is available to children and youth throughout the Province of Ontario who have experienced exploitation involving the use of technology (not necessarily or solely through the Internet), as well as to their impacted family members.
The Family Court Support Worker Program provides and facilitates the person’s understanding of, and passage through, the family court system. The program works with other agencies to provide domestic violence victims with access to the support they need at every stage of the family court process.

Volunteer Crisis Responders provide immediate and on-site direct service to individuals with the intent to help lessen the impact of victimization. This may include but is not limited to: supportive listening, helping a person to prioritize needs, providing accompaniment to an emergency shelter or hospital, making phone calls or helping to secure premises.
